I brought my grandad along and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional throughout. They made sure he was comfortable and well looked after, and we both really appreciated the care and attention. My first three session of six have increased my confidence and balance after a severe fracture of my femur. I have had two sessions with Amaad who did the initial assessment and two water sessions. He is thoughtful therapist and pushes me to achieve more each session I had one sessions with Ria that was also excellent as she tested both my strength and balance. I also appreciate that the two therapists communicated about my sessions so there was a seamless transition between them. Both have wonderful attitudes to their work . Well done

All of the physios are very professional, and encouraging. My progress is beyond my expectations, especially considering the severity of my surgery. I've been with bluebell with PT Amaan for 12 weeks following a midshaft humeral ORIF with bonegraft, with a complication of radial neuropathy. Surgery was following a period of 5 weeks full immobilisation. Over the 12 weeks since the surgery, ive regained almost my full range of motion. Ahead of schedule and far ahead of the provision offered by the NHS which would have only just started. Im now moving onto the strength rehabilitation portion of my therapy after confirmation of clinical union awaiting ossification by my orthopaedist. I cannot recommend bluebell more, especially Amaan who has been a great source of encouragement and professionalism

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been going to Bluebell for about 3 months now on a weekly basis for physio on my shoulder following a rotator cuff repair. It was really refreshing to know that each of the physios that I saw in the first 4 or 5 appointments had read my notes properly and understood that I'd had 2 repairs on my right shoulder, 1 on my left shoulder, a fusion in my neck and discectomy to my lower back. I have been seeing Amaan for over 2 months now which has been absolutely fantastic. We started off improving my range and have since moved on to improving my shoulder and the surrounding muscles. Amaan explains each exercise I am going to do, why and which muscle groups we are working on in each session. He pushes  me hard but it is showing great results, starting to get shape back in my shoulder but more than that I am beginning to carry out daily tasks without keep asking others for help, things that may seem trivial to others without an injury such as lifting a kettle, reaching the top shelf in a kitchen cupboard, reaching round to dry my back after a shower, the types of things that are taken for granted. I'll be continuing my rehab at Bluebell and continue to book my blocks of 6 sessions for the foreseeable future and would recommend anyone with an injury to at least give it a try for a few weeks, I've had to go through the process of the NHS rehab in years gone by and can honestly say there is no comparison.
