I’ve been attending Bluebell Hydrotherapy for nine months now. I have cerebral palsy and osteoarthritis. I hadn’t had hydrotherapy since school, but decided to try it again after rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder. I did struggle to find a hydrotherapy pool, there seems to be a real shortage of them available. I’m so pleased I found Bluebell Hydrotherapy. Everyone has been lovely and I’m really feeling the benefit of the one to one sessions and slowly building up my confidence. I have definitely seen an improvement in my mobility since starting the sessions and being in the warm water helps to take the pressure and pain away from my body. Before each session starts, the physio always asks how I’m doing and if there’s anything in particular I would like to work on, so each session is tailored to me. The pool also has a hoist, which makes getting in and out of the pool easy for me, I’d highly recommend Bluebell hydrotherapy and I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with them.
